Refund policy
Returns
Prayility Apparel accepts requests to return eligible items within 14 calendar days after delivery.
For an ordinary return, items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition, with any original tags attached. Please include the original packaging when available and provide your order number or proof of purchase.
These conditions apply to our voluntary return policy. Legally required returns and remedies are addressed separately below.
How to request a return:
Email info@prayilityapparel.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
Please contact us before sending anything back. Do not send returns to Printify or the manufacturer.

For approved ordinary returns, please send your package within 14 calendar days after approval. We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your shipping receipt.
Return shipping costs
Customers pay return shipping for ordinary returns, including eligible returns due to fit or a change of mind. We do not provide a free return label for these returns.
Original shipping charges are not refunded for ordinary returns unless required by applicable law. If we require the return of an item that arrived defective, damaged, or incorrectly fulfilled, we will cover the necessary return shipping.
Exceptions to ordinary returns
Our voluntary return policy excludes:
- Gift cards.
- Headwear and accessories.
- Sale items.
- Products personalized or created to a customer’s individual specifications.
These exclusions do not remove any rights concerning defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products, or any cancellation rights required by law.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, has a manufacturing or printing error, or differs from what you ordered, email info@prayilityapparel.com promptly.
Please report these issues within 30 calendar days after delivery so we can submit eligible claims to our production partner. Include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos showing the issue.
We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement, refund, or other remedy. A physical return may not be necessary; please wait for instructions before mailing the item.
The 30-day reporting request does not limit any longer rights or remedies available under applicable law.
Exchanges
For an ordinary size or color change, request an eligible return using the process above. Once the return is approved, you may place a separate order for the replacement item. Availability is not guaranteed.
Replacements for damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled items are handled through the issue-reporting process above.
Refunds
We will notify you after reviewing your return or reported issue.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days, unless applicable law requires an earlier refund. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the funds.
If you have not received your refund within 15 business days after approval, contact info@prayilityapparel.com.
European Union cancellation rights
Where EU consumer withdrawal rights apply, you may cancel an eligible online purchase without giving a reason by notifying us within 14 calendar days after receiving the goods. If the deadline falls on a weekend or public holiday, it extends to the next working day.
Email info@prayilityapparel.com with a clear statement that you wish to cancel, identifying your order. Exercising this right does not require our approval. Send the goods back within 14 calendar days after notifying us.
You are responsible for direct return shipping costs, unless we agree to cover them or the law requires otherwise.
For a full-order cancellation, we will refund only the purchase price. Additional charges for delivery method are not refundable.
We will issue the refund within 14 calendar days after receiving your cancellation notice. We may withhold it until we receive the returned goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever occurs first.
You may inspect and try on goods as you would in a shop. We may deduct an amount for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning, where legally permitted.
Legal exceptions may apply, including goods made to your individual specifications or clearly personalized. An item is not automatically excluded merely because it is printed after ordering. Our ordinary exclusions for sale items, headwear, and accessories do not override applicable EU withdrawal rights.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights, including rights relating to faulty goods or incorrect fulfillment. Where applicable law provides greater protection, those requirements take priority.
Policy updates
This updated policy applies to purchases made after it is published. Earlier purchases remain subject to the policy provided when the order was placed and applicable law.
